Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item must not be opened or tampered with, as we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened due to health and hygiene concerns.
• You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygienic reasons, certain items (such as personal use devices) are not eligible for return once opened. Please refer to the exceptions listed below.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

• Used or opened adult wellness devices
• Personal care items, lubricants, or any consumables
• Gift cards

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If you paid via cash on delivery (COD), we will issue a refund via bank transfer or other method as agreed upon with you.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange your product, and any price differences will be handled at the time of exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over THB 500, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
